Return Window:
 

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt.

Eligible Items:
 

• Unopened, unused physical products in original condition and packaging

Not Eligible for Return:
 

• Opened tea products or used herbal items

• Items marked as final sale or clearance
   

How to Return:
 

1. Email us at returns@appliancepartstore.ca with your order number.

2. We’ll provide you with return instructions and shipping info.

3. Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or store credit.

4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
